Delete Account

Quickest option: Delete the account from inside the app. This requires the Parent PIN for safety.

Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Little Hafiz.
Go to Settings → Danger Zone.
Tap Delete account.
Enter the Parent PIN and type DELETE to confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.

Email Support

Please include:

The email address used for the account.
The child profile name (if available).
Any additional context that helps us locate the account.

Verification: We will verify ownership by sending a confirmation email to the account email address. We do not delete accounts without verification.

What gets deleted

Account profile information
Practice progress, badges, and achievements
Audio recordings and related learning data

What may be retained

Purchase records required for legal or tax compliance (if applicable)
Security or fraud-prevention records where required by law

Timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible. Full deletion is typically completed within 30 days.
